How much does Hive Intelligence cost?
Hive Intelligence has four plans. Demo is free and includes 10,000 monthly credits with 30 requests per minute. Analyst is $129/month and includes 500,000 credits with 500 req/min. Pro is $499/month and includes 2,000,000 credits with 1,000 req/min. Enterprise is custom-priced with unlimited credits and 3,000 req/min.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Demo plan is free forever and requires no credit card. You get 10,000 monthly credits, 30 requests per minute, 1 API key, and access to every tool across all 10 categories over both MCP and REST.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one tool call. Calls to any tool - market data, DeFi, security, wallets, prediction markets - consume exactly one credit, regardless of provider or payload size. Failed calls (4xx from your side) do not consume credits; 5xx server errors are refunded.
Which plan should I choose?
Use Demo to evaluate Hive and build prototypes. Pick Analyst once you move an agent into production with steady traffic from real users. Pick Pro if you run a trading bot, multi-tenant app, or internal platform with high request volume. Pick Enterprise when you need guaranteed throughput, dedicated infrastructure, SLAs, or a dedicated onboarding engineer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from the dashboard at any time; the new limits apply immediately and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts on self-serve plans.
Do all plans include every tool?
Yes. Every plan, including Demo, has access to every tool across all 10 categories and every upstream provider Hive normalizes. Plans differ only in monthly credit allowance, rate limit, number of API keys, and support tier.
What happens if I exceed my credit allowance?
Requests return a 429 response with a clear error code once you hit your monthly credit ceiling or per-minute rate limit. Credits reset on the first of each month. You can upgrade mid-cycle to increase your ceiling immediately.
Is there a Hive Intelligence enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise includes dedicated capacity, custom SLAs, priority on new providers, dedicated infrastructure, and a named onboarding engineer. Contact us through the support channel on the contact page to discuss scope and pricing.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Self-serve plans are month-to-month by default. Annual billing with a discount is available on Analyst and Pro on request through support. Enterprise billing is negotiated directly.
