1 tool execution = 1 credit. Authenticated MCP protocol and discovery requests (such as tools/list and GET /api/v1/tools) can also count against the current backend quota, so cache tool catalogs and reuse MCP sessions in production clients.

How much does Hive Intelligence cost?
Hive Intelligence has four plans. Demo is free and includes 10,000 monthly credits with 30 requests per minute. Analyst is $129/month and includes 500,000 credits with 500 req/min. Pro is $499/month and includes 2,000,000 credits with 1,000 req/min. Enterprise is custom-priced with custom monthly credits and rate limits.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Demo plan is free and requires no credit card. You get 10,000 monthly credits, 30 requests per minute, 5 API keys, and access to every tool across all 10 categories over both MCP and REST.
What is a credit?
In the normal execution path, one MCP tool call or REST execution request costs one credit. Calls to any tool - market data, DeFi, security, wallets, prediction markets - cost the same credit amount regardless of provider or payload size. Authenticated discovery requests can also count against quota in the current backend, so production clients should cache tool catalogs.
Which plan should I choose?
Use Demo to evaluate Hive and build prototypes. Talk to Hive about Analyst once you move an agent into production with steady traffic from real users. Pick Pro if you run a trading bot, multi-tenant app, or internal platform with high request volume. Pick Enterprise when you need custom limits, procurement support, or a production rollout review.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. The dashboard shows your current plan, and plan changes are handled through support or procurement today. When a plan change is applied, the backend updates the API-key rate limits and account credit balance; timing and commercial terms depend on the agreement.
Do all plans include every tool?
Yes. Every plan, including Demo, has access to the current Hive tool catalog across all 10 categories and every upstream provider Hive normalizes. Plans differ by monthly credit allowance, rate limit, number of API keys, and support tier. Provider-side plan gates or outages can still surface as runtime statuses when an upstream provider limits a specific call.
What happens if I exceed my credit allowance?
Requests return a 429 response with a clear error code once you hit your monthly credit ceiling (QUOTA_EXCEEDED) or per-minute rate limit (RATE_LIMITED). Credits refill on a rolling monthly cycle anchored to when your account was created, not on the first of the calendar month. Contact support if you need a higher limit profile before your next refill.
Is there a Hive Intelligence enterprise plan?

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
